Todagin Lake has been the fly-in destination for non-resident big game hunters since 1950. The Todagin Plateau has one of the best known lambing herds of Stone Sheep in the world. The plateau West of Todagin Lake became a famous bow hunting area 30 years ago, known locally as "the Park", in the nearby village of Iskut, due the "no shooting" regulations.
